Bio

Tina has built her business on superior client service delivered through deep understanding of her clients’ needs, innovative technology, keen attention to detail, integrity and hard work. She makes it her priority to make each client her most important client, and ensure that clients fully understand the process of buying or selling their home.

Prior to real estate sales, Tina spent 15+ years on Wall Street as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Director of IT. There, she developed client interviewing skills which inform her ability to delve into clients’ wants versus needs, and help them prioritize against time and budget considerations. She parlays her user training skills to real estate seamlessly in educating clients on the process each step of the way. Critical project management skills developed during her IT years inform her ability to integrate multiple threads of the home buying and selling processes, and keep each on track to ensure a smooth transaction for her clients.

Tina’s passion for real estate spans two decades. In Hoboken, she served on her condo board and helped manage budget, and coordinate contractors to perform building maintenance and upgrades. After moving from Hoboken to the suburbs of New Jersey, Tina planned and managed several major home renovations.

Eventually, Tina decided to dedicate her career exclusively to real estate sales to help others navigate the complex process of buying and selling homes.

Tina was raised in Colonia, lived in Hoboken for a decade, and has lived in Cranford since 2007 with her husband and two young children. As someone who successfully navigated the transition from “Boroughs to Burbs”, she can relate to her buyers’ questions and concerns about making the same move. As a mom with two young children, Tina has her finger on the pulse of current information and tips for young families making the move. Her intuitive understanding of buyers’ needs is a tremendous asset to Tina’s sellers, as she targets her marketing specifically to address those needs.
